I will not be purchasing these ugly ass shoes. I guess he is going with the lightweight sneaker but this shit is ugly. It reminds me of the playoff *’s that are out now.
Since the Nike LeBron 9′s big reveal yesterday it certainly has not been camera-shy. Here is another look at the beefed up basketball shoe in all of its Black and Red glory.
For starters the sneaker sets out to make a statement by bearing the words “What we do in life…” on the right toe and “Echoes in eternity…” on the left. For those movie buffs out there this quote was lifted from the movie Gladiator and with that inspiration in mind the shoe’s edgier look starts to make a bit more sense. Carbon fiber paneling combines with Flywire on the upper for durability while Zoom technology and Air Max handle the cushioning. These are set to release later this year and we can not wait to see what design tricks Nike has up its sleeve for the other models it will release.
