Remember Best Of Both Worlds? That’s what it sounds like Trey Songz is trying to do. Except it won’t be on one single project, it’ll be on two. And he won’t be collaborating with another rapper, he’s doing all the rapping himself. At least he’s keeping the two separate and fans will get to decide on either #LemmeHoldDatBeat2 for the rapping or Anticipation 2 for the R&B tracks. Or both, of course. November 1st is when it all goes down.
For now, check out the rapping/singing acrobatics from the R&B crooner on “Whoever Else / If I Could” where he switches between the two at the halfway mark.
