In a recent interview with Men’s Journal the most feared linebacker in the NFL explodes and unleashed hell on NFL commissioner Roger Goodell and even tosses shots at teammates Ben Roethlisberger and Rashard Mendenhall.
This isn’t uncharted water for the 2008 AP Defensive player of the year who hasn’t shied away from a opportunity to speak his mind. Harrison was fined $100,000 in the 2010 NFL season for illegal hits and that alone maybe where a great deal of his anger comes from.
In the interview with Men’s Journal, Harrison not only called Goodell “Stupid” , a “Puppet” and a “dictator” he also goes on to question if black players are fined more than white players and turned head with this comment. ” If that man was on fire and I had to piss to put him out, I wouldn’t do it. I hate him and will never respect him.” Wow talk about hate in your blood. To date Pittsburgh Steelers President Art Rooney hasn’t talked with Harrison and stated ” We will discuss the situation at the appropriate time, when permitted once the labor situation is resolved.”
