It is widely assumed that Team USA Basketball will have a relatively easy time getting to the gold medal game against either Spain or Argentina, so Nike is already preparing for that moment by creating special “Gold Medal” versions of their signature shoes. First up is Kobe Bryant, with this “Gold Swoosh” version of the Nike Zoom Kobe 7. The shoe features gold accents on the side panel and tongue branding, as well as gradient infused heel-cup. You can expect Kobe to rock these during the Olympic finale, assuming that Team USA makes it to the finals.
