Jay-Z is headlining the first Budweiser Made in America music festival in Philadelphia. The show will be produced by Live Nation and promises to bring as many as 28 acts to the city’s Fairmont Park on September 1st and 2nd. The event will include 28-acts spanning different genres of music including Hip-Hop, Rock, R&B, Latin, and Dance. Not only will Jay-Z host the event, but it’s expected he’ll also headline.
Philly Mayor, Michael A. Nutter will be on hand to make the announcement tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. EST, while fans can purchase tickets on Wednesday, May 23 at Ticketmaster and Live Nation. Proceeds from the festival will go to the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.
