The New York Mets chicken has a home! Look at the drama New York Mets closer, Frank Francisco, started. On Friday, Francisco called the New York Yankees “chickens” before the three-game series against their rivals. In honor of the jab to the Yankees, Tim Byrdak, Mets lefty closer, had the idea of buying an actual chicken from Chinatown. It cost eight bucks and named him Little Jerry Seinfeld. Little Jerry Seinfeld, Mets new mascot, couldn’t stay at the Mets clubhouse forever. Instead of sending him to a restaurant, they found him a home.
