Wi.Sh – birth name Winston Shaw, was born in Harlem, USA, but grew up in Florida, Southern California, and all over New York City. His experiences run the gamut of extremes from meeting Nelson Mandela during the fall of apartheid to walking home from grade school through gang turf. Wi.Sh attended Phillips Academy Andover and then Morehouse College on full scholarship, and has worked as a bellman, a marketing coordinator, and a public school teacher both while and prior to pursuing his lifelong passion in music.
