UFC 168 had a horrible ending for true fans of the sports. We may have had witnessed the end of a era. Last night’s highly anticipated championship matchup between former UFC champion and possibly the greatest UFC fighter ever Anderson Silva and the current champ Chris Weidman came to a nasty end as Silva kicked Weidman in his knee and as Weidman lifted his leg to block the kick, Silva’s leg snapped back and the match was over. Silva was rushed to a local Las Vegas hospital for immediate surgery and Weidman retained his belt. Watch the nasty kick below. If you have a weak stomach DON’T WATCH!
