Oakland Raiders kicker Sebastian Janikowski will be kicking and skipping all the way to the bank. According to NFL.com, The Oakland Raiders have signed the 14 year veteran to a 5 year, $19 million dollar deal.
Janikowski was highly scouted by former Oakland Raiders owner Al Davis who took a risk and drafted the strong foot kicker with the 17th pick in the 2000 NFL draft. Janikowski has not disappointed as he is Oakland’s all-time leading scorer with 1,318 points. Janikowski’s new deal will ensure him that he is the highest paid kicker in the NFL.
