Kali Uchis hits LA to film her Tony Katai directed visual for “What They Say,” off the Virginia natives latest project, Drunken Babble. Taking what resembles a MTV’s Spring Breaker’s approach, the story-line has Kali and some fellow goonetts car jacking an unsuspecting admirer.
