Nike was on top of the sneaker world in the 90’s and one of the biggest reasons (besides Michael Jordan) was Penny Hardaway and his sneaker campaign with his lil homie, Lil Penny. Lil Penny was missing for years until he appeared on the scene briefly in 2009 to promo the “Nike Air Half Cent” which was a hybrid of Penny Hardaway’s signature shoes but now Lil Penny is back with his own line. 2014 will be the year of the “Nike Air Penny”. One of the first sneaks under that line will be the “Nike Lil’ Penny Posite”.
