This is beyond pathetic and at this point America is sending the message that black lives have no value on this land. Some how, a A Staten Island grand jury has decided to not indict NYC police officer Daniel Pantaleo for the death of Eric Garner. Pantaleo was caught on film with Eric Garner in a chokehold while Garner screamed he couldn’t breathe yet again cop who has killed a black person in America walks free. To make matters worst, it was determined that Garner’s death was caused by the chokehold Officer Pantaleo has on Garner yet he walks without an indictment.

A Staten Island grand jury has voted not to bring criminal charges against the white New York City police officer at the center of the Eric Garner case, a person briefed on the matter said Wednesday.
The decision was reached on Wednesday after months of testimony including from the officer, Daniel Pantaleo, who used a chokehold to restrain Mr. Garner, who died after a confrontation. It came less than two weeks after a grand jury in Ferguson, Mo., declined to bring charges against a white officer who fatally shot an unarmed black teenager, Michael Brown.
