Everyone is hopping on Drake’s 0 to 100 track, even Actor/Saturday Night Live Comedian Jay Pharoah. He called me at 1:30 AM this morning to inform me of the track he had just released. I listened. In the beginning of the track, he utilizes what he’s most known for, impersonations. Pharoah kicks the track off in his Drake voice. Shortly after, his tone becomes serious, and Jay Pharoah the rapper comes out. His mixtape The Resurrection will be out “soon,” he says. Hey hip hop world, do you think Jay Pharoah has what it takes to be the next big rapper? Only time will tell!
