At this year’s Global Citizen Festival, the charity organization announced that Jay Z will serve as the headliner at the Great Lawn in Central Park on Saturday, September 27. Not only will Jay Z hit the stage, but he will also be surrounded by the likes of No Doubt, Carrie Underwood, fun., The Roots, and Tiësto. The festival was created to end extreme poverty by 2030.
