In what could have been extremely tragic news, Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton was involved in a serious car accident in Charlotte today and Cam’s car was overturned. There were two cars involved in the accident that took place on a bridge on Interstate 277. Cam Newton was responsive and ok but was taken to a local hospital as a precaution.
