Coming off of a Sunday night victory against their rival Philadelphia Eagles, the Dallas Cowboys are looking at making the playoffs for the first time in over 4 years but there could be trouble ahead. After suffering a injury on his right hand Sunday, Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray had surgery on his left hand Monday afternoon and could miss the Cowboys week 16 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts.
DeMarco Murray is having an MVP season and is a large part to why the Cowboys have been successful. Murray has rushing for over 100 yards in 11 games so far this year and his 11 touchdowns are a career high. The Cowboys face the Colts on Sunday in Dallas and a lost could mean the Philadelphia Eagles regain first place in the NFC East. Murray hasn’t been ruled out but his status is questionable.
