Finally some good news for the Los Angeles Clippers. After NBA commissioner Adam Sliver dealt with the matters at hand dealing with Clippers owner Donald Sterling, today the Clippers have a reason to smile. Not only are they currently up in their first round matching against the Golden State Warriors (3-2), Clippers guard and volume scorer Jamal Crawford has been named the NBA’s 2013-14 NBA Sixth Man of the year.
Crawford averaged 18 points a night for the Clippers this season and he was a reliable scorer along side Chris Paul and Blake Griffin. This is Crawford’s second NBA sixth man award having also won the award as a member of the Atlanta Hawks in 2009-10. Jamal Crawford beat out San Antonio Spurs scorer Manu Ginobili and Chicago Bulls forward Taj Gibson to win the award. Stay tuned to HHS1987 for all your NBA news.
