Oklahoma State sophomore guard Marcus Smart has officially declared for the 2014 NBA draft. The OSU Cowboy was a projected top 3 pick has he decided to enter last years 2013 NBA draft however Smart is still considered to be a top 10 pick.
Early in the year Marcus Smart was being named as a possible NCAA player of the year candidate but a few rough games and a incident mid season involving a fan brought negative attention to Smart and his character.
