Tonight, week 10 of the 2014 NFL season comes to an end with the Carolina Panthers heading into the city of Brotherly Love to face the Philadelphia Eagles.
The Eagles come into tonights game on a new high as the Eagles lean on their new starting quarterback Mark Sanchez. Last week, Sanchez became the Eagles stater after Nick Foles suffered a broken collarbone against the Houston Texans. With Sanchez in the pocket, I expect the Eagles to still be a elite offense. Look for the Eagles to get the game started on the ground behind Shady McCoy and Darren Sporles. As the run game opens up, Sanchez and the Eagles wide receivers will begin to let their talent shine.
The Panthers come into the game as a very dangerous team. Panthers quarterback Cam Newton has been fighting each week to deliver a victory to his team and this week shall be no different. Look for the Panthers to test the Eagles secondary early and often tonight. Panthers rookie Kelvin Benjamin will be a huge factor if he gets going tonight. The Eagles could turn this game into a shoot out so Cam Newton and the Panthers offense better be ready.
Tonight I expect there to be fireworks in South Philadelphia. Look for Mark Sanchez to toss three touchdown passes tonight and to pass for over 300 yards. Lesean McCoy will be a big factor rushing for over 150 and scoring two touchdowns. Cam Newton and the Panthers offense will be ready for the challenge. Look for Cam to rush for a touchdown and pass two touchdowns tonight. The Panthers will score but not enough to spoil Mark Sanchez’s first start.
