Week 15 of the 2014 NFL season comes to an end tonight as the (5-8) New Orleans Saints face the (5-8) Chicago Bears in a rainy Solider Field. The Saints and Bears are both under .500 and neither team is having the season they expected. The Saints although they haven’t had much success this season are still in the race for the NFC South crown and a win tonight gives them first place in the division. The Bears are already out of the playoff race and are now just looking for a way to win. The Bears have struggled on offense and defense and will need major improvements in the off season moving forward.
Tonight, with the weather being bad, I expect both teams to run ball. Look for Bears running back Matt Forte to rush for over 100 yards tonight and for Saints running back Mark Ingram to rush for over 150 yards. The Bears will try to pass the ball tonight as well to get quarterback Jay Cutler loose. If the Saints passing game gets going, this will be a long night for the Bears. This game real could go either way but I see the Bears getting their first home victory of the 2014 season tonight.
Saints 21 Bears 27
