We must tap our hats and give a round of applause to the Philadelphia 76ers. Despite being (0-17) entering tonight’s game against the Minnesota Timberwolves, the Sixers have managed to defeated the Timberwolves (85-77).
The Sixers escaped going (0-18) and tying the worst start in NBA history. Sixers guard Michael Carter-Williams nearly had a triple double with 20 points, 9 rebounds and 9 assist. The Timberwolves were minus a few key starters with Kevin Martin, Nikola Pekovic, Ricky Rubio. Congrats to the Sixers on this win but now lets get a streak going. The Sixers host Kevin Durant and the Oklahoma City Thunder this Friday.
