Last night game one of the 2014 MLB World Series took place in Kansas City as the San Francisco Giants and the Kansas City Royals battle to become the 2014 MLB World Champions. Game 1 was over early as Giants outfielder Hunter Pence hit a home run to give the Giants a early lead that they would keep all game. Giants pitcher Madison Bumgarner controlled the pace all night and the Giants defeated the Royals 7-1 in game one of the World Series.
Game 2 on the World Series is tonight at 8:07pm EST and the Royals will send Yordano Ventura to the mound while the Giants send veteran pitcher Jake Peavy out. Stay tuned to HHS1987 for all your sports news.
