All is fair in love and war but apparently not to the NBA. With Kevin Durant due to be a free agent in the year 2016, teams and cities across the nation have already slowly began to wonder “what if”.
Recently during the OVO Festival in Toronto, rapper/ Raptors ambassador Drake added his name to that list and it has costed the Raptors $25,000. While performing, Drizzy took a moment to ask the crowd to let Kevin Durant (who was attending the event) hear what it would be like if he became a member of the Toronto Raptors. The crowd went crazy chanting “KD,KD” but that was a little too much according to the league. Can we really blame Drake for trying though? Check out the footage above.
