No Lupe Fiasco doesn’t personally have cancer, but regardless he considers the ‘Fight Against Cancer’ to be a Mission of his own. Fiasco has lost close friends and more close to home his Grandmother to the indiscriminate disease. Recently Lupe joined Newsnation‘s Tamron Hall on MSNBC to discuss why fighting cancer is important, his new song “Mission” inspired by the cause and his next album.
