Tonight, during his Red Bull Music Academy Lecture, A$AP Rocky premiered the first official release from his sophomore album A.L.L.A. The song is centered around a classic sample from rock legend Rod Stewart “In A Broken Dream”, with the hook assisted by r&b star Miguel. This is definitely a change in direction from what most are used to hearing from the Harlem emcee. The impressive and well orchestrated production comes from Mark Ronson, where he delivered Rocky’s much talked about psychedelic music he’s mentioned will be apart of his album in recent interviews. Although his album was set to drop on May 12 the project is now slated to hit iTunes on June 2. We’ll keep you posted in case anything changes.
