“Never Have I Ever” is one of two new singles released by Baltimore’s up and coming rapper J-Mar. The song’s hook is a nod to a lot of the ideas our current generation concerns ourselves with from haters, to “Thots”, twitter gangsters, to fake rappers and even the tension between police and the black community.
