The 2015-16 NBA season tips off in October and the Atlanta Hawks are ready to get things rolling again. On Monday September 28th, the Hawks begin preparing for the upcoming 2015-16 season and Eldorado and Brian Da Director were on the scene to talk with the Hawks and get the inside scoop on the new season.
We caught up with one of the newest members of the Atlanta Hawks, Tim Hardaway Jr. and it was easy to see that he was happy being here in Atlanta and they he is poised on having a successful season. Tim Hardaway Jr. shared his experience being traded to the Hawks from the New York Knicks during the 2015 NBA draft, advice he received from former NBA star Grant Hill and his Dad, former NBA star Tim Hardaway, Coach Bud’s coaching style versus Coach Fisher’s coaching style, the Hawks new uniforms and more.
With new ownership, new uniforms and a new home court this season, the Atlanta Hawks will be looking to return to the Eastern Conference playoffs this year and Tim Hardaway Jr. expressed being ready to take on the challenge.The Atlanta Hawks tip off the regular season at Philips Arena on October 27th against the Detroit Pistons and it is clear that Tim Hardaway Jr. is looking forward to making his mark here in Atlanta.
