After dropping his EP today, Nomad Carlos decides to unleash a new video as well. The new visual for What They Saying is an animated flick which most closely can resemble a black and white comic book. Nomad Carlos has relocated and been living in New York for the past 2 years and looks to make a name for himself in the city of bright lights.
