The Atlanta Hawks have the best record in the Eastern Conference and another one of their players is becoming honored for the Hawks great first half of the season. Due to injury, Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade will sit out of the 2015 NBA All-Star game so NBA commissioner Adam Silver has named Hawks shooter Kyle Korver as his replacement.
Korver will join his head coach (Coach Bud) and three of his teammates (Horford, Teague & Millsap) as an All-Star in NYC this weekend. Korver not only will now be playing in Sunday’s main event, he also will be participating in the three point shootout on Saturday night.
Congrats to Kyle Korver on a spot well deserved. Stay tuned to HHS1987 for all your sports news.
