Tonight NFL fans will be treated to a great AFC West matchup as the (1-0) Kansas City Chiefs host the (1-0) Denver Broncos. Now I think this will be the Chiefs year in the AFC and that they will represent the AFC in Super Bowl 50 in February and tonight will serve as their coming out party.
One thing about the Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid, he knows how to get his teams deep in the postseason and its time for the Chiefs to reach that success. Although the Broncos are (1-0), many wonder just how well quarterback Peyton Manning’s adjusting to new head coach Gary Kubiak’s offensive system which showcases running more than passing.
Tonight look for the Chiefs to come out smoking and get on the board quickly. I expect Chiefs newest signee Jeremy Maclin to score twice tonight and end the Chiefs streak of not having a receiver score a touchdown. Chiefs running back Jamal Charles will rush for over 120 yards and account for 2 touchdowns as well.
The Broncos will come out running the ball with C.J. Anderson to create the play action early. Look for Peyton Manning to toss 3 touchdowns tonight and silence his week 1 critics. Despite a high scoring battle, I see the Chiefs coming out on top tonight.
Chiefs 31 Broncos 28
