Around this time last year, 0017th dropped the racially charged visual for Black Man as a response to the injustice of Michael Brown’s unlawful murder in Ferguson. A year later, the number of murders by law enforcement continue to rise. In their newest release, Walk On Water, Nesby Phips and Reem of 0017th share an introspective look into their own lives as Black men experiencing the hard realities of American life in Hollygrove. Very relevant piece.
