Kanye West made it possible for the “backpack rapper” to rock his pink polo’s behind the mic, A$AP Rocky paved the way for the jazzy rapper to get his “swag” on overtop of a beat, & even Tyler, The Creator has introduced a generation of troubled & rebellious kids who do, say, think, and act just however they please through their creative expressions.
Meet MARTY & BERLIN…!. This native Virginian rap duo, consisting physically of Berlin…! & theoretically, Marty, boldly stands behind their passionate & innovative sound in which caters to the idea of self love & humanity. In their latest visual representation, the duo explores a world that exists entirely in their mind, all the while subliminally questioning controversial topics, like religion. The video itself is extremely quirky, very trippy, and obnoxiously rebellious, to say the least.
Nevertheless, one can appreciate the artistic individuality displayed through this short insight into the intellect of MARTY & BERLIN…!
