Are you ready for some football? Well I know I am and what a way to kickoff the 2016 NFL postseason. The AFC has the first act tonight with two games this evening. Game one kicks off at 4:20 and will feature the Houston Texans hosting the Kansas City Chiefs. Game two features the Cincinnati Bengals hosted the Pittsburgh Steelers.
These two games are sure to bring out the best of these teams and I believe football fans are in for a great day. In the early game I like the Chiefs. I picked the Chiefs and Eagles to meet in Super Bowl 50 during the preseason and today I still like the Chiefs. Alex Smith will pass for over 250 tossing two touchdowns to Jeremy Maclin. The Chiefs defense will hold the Texans to under 300 yards total offense and a score of under 17 points.
In the night game after looking at the match ups over and over again, I’m going with the home team. Although Andy Dalton won’t be suiting up for the Bengals, I believe this is the game where they get their playoff losing money off their back. Big Ben and the Steelers offense will slow up slightly today due to a lack of a run game and the Bengals will get a late stop late to seal the win. McCarron will toss 3 touchdown passes tonight and the new quarterback in Cincinnati talk will begin.
Chiefs 38 Texans 17
Steelers 24 Bengals 31
