Ladies and gentleman, LeBron James, Kyrie Irving and the Cleveland Cavaliers are the 2015-16 NBA Champions. After being down (3-1) to the Golden State Warriors in the 2016 NBA Finals, the Larry O’Brien trophy is headed to Cleveland, Ohio.
Last night, the Cleveland Cavs defeated the Golden State Warriors (93-89) to win the 2015-16 NBA championship earning the first NBA title in Cavs history. LeBron James finished the game 7 of the NBA finals with 27 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assist. Kyrie Irving was huge as well averaging 27 points and the series and dropping 17 points in the second half of game 7 including the game winner.

LeBron James was named the 2016 NBA Finals MVP after dropping back to back 41 points in Game 5 and 6 and recording a triple double in game 7.
