The Oakland Raiders are making big moves toward becoming one of the best teams in the AFC. As the NFL’s 2016 free agency period begins today at 4pm, the Oakland Raiders and former Seattle Seahawks linebacker Bruce Irvin has agreed to a four year deal for $37 million dollars.
