Saint Joe Drops LP, Thinning Out The Heard & “Dirty Hands” Ft. Chris Rivers (Video)

August 5, 2016 0

After breaking down the tenets of staying real in his previous video, Denver’s Saint Joe returns with some slick visuals for “Dirty Hands,” a grimy banger off his album, Thinning Out The Heard, which is now available!

Like previous singles “Being Real” and “Homicide Fetish,” this track also features a tough lineup of guests and some snarling production. On the mic, we’ve got fellow Denver rapper Iron Mic, who destroys the second verse, along with NYC spitter Chris Rivers, who bats cleanup with some blistering rhymes. As for the stomping beat, that’s the work of frequent collaborator Jomeezius The Genius, another Denver artist who also sings on the hook.

And it’s all complemented perfectly by director Jeremy Pape of the acclaimed Denver crew, Collective Culture. Pape captures the essence of “Dirty Hands” by infusing it with imagery from New York City and snow-covered streets. So like the music itself, you’re treated to visuals that balance raw, gritty artistry with technical wizardry.
