Va-based Hip-Hop musician Era Hardaway recently divulged to the masses his latest body of, “The Juug Tape“. This project serves as an inside look into his alter-ego, better known as Juugamil, and embraces a different side to the artist– that of which some may or may not be used to, if you’re hip to his previous sounds.
The Juug Tape consists of 11 mostly self-produced tracks, but he also enlists frequent collabs like rising super-producer Mary Beezy, Night Treez, 1DRAFTPICKREEM, and many others to contribute to the overall atmosphere of the project.
When asked about his grand intention behind releasing the new work, he kept it plain and simple:
I wanted to create a body of work that displayed my versatility while also giving the people who I am. Just letting people know that I can make great music all the way around the board. -Juug
Fans seem to have chosen their favorites rather quickly since the May 22nd debut. The first single, “Cal Ripken” laid the foundation. “Swing My Door” followed up strong, featuring 94Nicely, and “Free Rich” featuring fellow iLPackMobb member, Doe$ki is looking to be a real banger. Listen below to the project and full and let us know which track pulled from “The Juug Tape” is the one for you.
