Songwriter, producer and artist, Irocc Williams is definitely up next in all 3 arenas. With his sights set on bringing a new feel and look to the world of gospel music, the young emcee rapidly made a name for himself and earned the respect and admiration of almost everyone he met. The “trap gospel” sound that people in and out of gospel are now paying attention in 2016 was first introduced by the creative music force of Irocc and his team. Without a doubt Irocc blazed a music genre trail back in 2003 with his debut project. He was undeniably blessed with an innate talent that seemed to resonate throughout the industry. Not wanting to limit his reach, without hesitation, Irocc stepped back from the limelight of the gospel industry at the height of his career and after numerous gospel awards/accolades to chart a completely new path in music; at the time his new path was set to begin under the tutelage of Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins via a 360 deal. Once it became evident the journey with Darkchild was not meant to be, Irocc decided to take a step back from the business of music for a while.
After laying low and playing the background for a while; Irocc has recently decided to also reassert himself as an artist and is working on building the blueprint for what he hopes will be a noteworthy career. His newly released single “Breaking Bad” is rapidly catching fire and catching the attention of the masses. 2017 is sure to be his year. The ladies love Irocc and the fellas think he’s mad cool. A multi-hyphenate young superstar ready to solidify his place amongst the greats and he plans to do so, one hit at a time.
