Just when things looked to be on the up and up for the Kansas City Chiefs, they received horrible news. Following the Chiefs (42-27) victory over the New England Patriots on Thursday night, the Chiefs have lost one of their best defensive players.
Eric Berry will have an MRI on Friday.

Earlier this afternoon, the Kansas City Chiefs announced that safety Eric Berry is out for the season with a ruptured left achilles tendon. Berry suffered the injury in the second half of the Chiefs matchup vs. the Patriots. Berry missed the entire 2011 season with a knee injury and he missed the final 10 games of the 2014 regular season while undergoing treatment for lymphoma.
Prayers up to Eric Berry as we wish him a speedy recovery. Stay tuned to HHS1987. Follow @eldorado2452 on Twitter and Instagram for all your NFL and sports news.
