With 2017-18 Atlanta Hawks training camp just two weeks away, the Atlanta Hawks are gearing up for their upcoming season. Unfortunately, as things tip off for the Hawks, they will be without second year forward/guard DeAndre Bembry for up to six weeks.

According to the Atlanta Hawks, forward DeAndre’ Bembry has sustained a strained right tricep. An MRI performed at the Emory Orthopaedics & Spine Center on Friday, Sept. 8 confirmed the injury. He is expected to be out of basketball activity for four-to-six weeks, and his status will be updated as appropriate.
