The Atlanta Hawks are preparing to kick off their 2018-19 NBA home opener on Wednesday October 24th against the Dallas Mavericks. Before the Hawks home opener on the 24th, the Hawks new home State Farm Arena opened to the Public for a special Open House on Saturday October 20th.
One of the new amenities at the new State Farm Arena is Hip-Hop artist Killer Mike’s “The SWAG Shop” Barber Shop. Following the Opening Ceremony to formally open State Farm Arena, Terrell Thomas caught up with Hip-Hop artist/ entrepreneur Killer Mike.
Killer Mike spoke with Terrell Thomas on opening his “The SWAG Shop” in State Farm Arena, the new look Atlanta Hawks, the NBA’s relationship with the Hip-Hop community and more.
