This past week NBA 6th Man of the Year & LA Clipper guard, Lou Williams and the Lou Williams Foundation, held their 14th annual basketball camp at his alma mater, South Gwinnett High School, in Atlanta. This acclaimed summer camp hosted over 180 kids (ages 6-15) for a week-long training camp. Each day the campers spent the day learning fundamental basketball skills from Lou Williams, Chuck Ellis (renown NBA trainer) and their counseling staff.
Each day Lou Williams invited special guests to surprise the kids throughout the week. On Monday, NBA Veteran and Sports Commentator – Stephen Jackson, dropped by to watch the kids play and give an inspirational speech on leading by faith.
Before Stephen Jackson went to speak with the kids, Terrell Thomas caught up with Captain Jackson to talk on a few topics. Terrell spoke with Stephen Jackson on giving back to the community, his role as a NBA/ Sports analyst, the NBA’s top super teams, his favorite 3 sneakers of all-time and much more.
