The tides are shifting in Cleveland and it is time for the Baker Mayfield show. Last weekend I reported that Browns head coach Hue Jackson was close to naming Baker Mayfield as the starter for the Cleveland Browns. On Monday afternoon, Coach Jackson made it official.
This Sunday as the Cleveland Browns face the Oakland Raiders, the former number 1 overall pick of the 2018 NFL will get his first career start.

Baker Mayfield earned this opportunity after a great performance Week 3 against the Jets. In that Thursday night matchup, Baker was (17 -23) while passing for 201 yards. Baker helped his team overcome a 14 point deficit and defeated the Jets (21-17). Cleveland will be looking to go on a two game winning streak something the team hasn’t done in years if the Browns can win on Sunday.
Good luck to Baker Mayfield on Sunday. Follow @eldorado2452 on Twitter and Instagram for all your sports news.
