Following the release of his collaborative ‘The 5‘ EP with Terror Squad’s Big OOH, Philly native OT The Real delivers a new song in visual form, titled “Addiction.” Telling the raw story of Kensington, the largest open-air narcotics market for heroin on the Eastcoast, OT and director Wayne Campbell paints a vivid picture of the gritty environment.
“Kensington is a beautiful horror scene. There is a lot of pain and destruction but you will also meet some of the toughest most stand up people you will ever meet. That place shaped my music as well as who I am,” OT shares with us.
OT teamed up with addiction treatment center, DayBreak, to not only gain help for himself but to spread hope to those who may need it. Watch the visual below, and be sure to follow OT The Real on Instagram to stay up-to-date on his releases.
