Brooklyn rapper Frank B. delivers an uplifting and inspirational message with his new video/single, “Diamonds,” a positivity-filled banger produced by the legendary Frankie Cutlass.
Throughout the tracks we’ve heard from Frank this past year, he’s brought an inherent sincerity and authenticity to the mic. And that applies to when he’s at his goofiest (previous single “Frankenstein)” and when he’s trying to help his listeners do better.
The BK artist also brings that same feeling of authenticity to the single’s video, which is directed/edited by frequent collaborator Olise Forel. Flanked by slick visuals and quick cuts, Frank unpacks his journey to getting to where he is today while offering wise words and clever hip-hop references.
The track stems from the emcee’s upcoming Let Me B Frank album, which includes guest appearances from Sticky Fingaz, Rock (Heltah Skeltah), Fame (M.O.P.), and more. It also boasts production from none other than Dame Grease (who produced “Frankenstein”), Gennessee, Cozmo, Max Perry, Joe Josh, Git Beats (who produced the majority of the tracks), and of course Frankie Cutlass.
