Rolling Loud & Twitch are back with some exciting news. Make sure to get your Halloween costume ready because it’s about to get spooky. Only a couple weeks removed from the chart-topping success of Rolling Loud’s first-ever “Loud Stream” virtual festival, they’re already coming back with a few new tricks & treats up their sleeves.
The second installment of their live streaming music festival takes place on Friday, 10/30 and Saturday, 10/31. As the dates suggest, they’ll be dialing up the spookiness as the festival lines up with Halloween, so be prepared for a bevvy of rap frights, with the stage set to be decked out with spine-chilling, scream-inducing Halloween decorations. Fans will be heavily encouraged to dress up at home for a chance to be featured on the stream.
In addition to the festivities, the show hopes to further the “exchange of energy” between fans and artists that Rolling Loud is so well-known for. “Loud Stream” promises several hours worth of live performances (no pre-recorded sets), entertaining interviews and commentary between sets, and interactive elements that allow fans to play a role in the action.
The first edition of Rolling Loud’s “Loud Stream” brought in over 3 million unique viewers (4.7 million total live views) to their Twitch channel, peaking at 60k concurrent viewers, and garnered more viewers than the Verzuz battle between R&B icons, Gladys Knight and Patti LaBelle. The two-day live streaming festival featured performances from Swae Lee, Ski Mask the Slump God, NLE Choppa, Polo G, Pouya and many more. While we can’t reveal any of the headliners of the second installment just yet, stay tuned for a lot more info about the announcement and festival in the coming days!
