“Jesus Tok” would have proper substance for youngsters to appreciate.

Kanye West has uncovered another of his plans to his fans and adherents on Twitter. The “All Of The Lights” emcee took to social media life to share that he needed to make a Christian variant of the famous application, TikTok, in the wake of seeing some upsetting content on the original application while viewing with one of his daughters.

“A VISION JUST CAME TO ME… JESUS TOK,” he tweeted. “I WAS WATCHING TIK TOK WITH MY DAUGHTER AND AS A CHRISTIAN FATHER I WAS DISTURBED BY A LOT OF THE CONTENT, BUT I COMPLETELY LOVED THE TECHNOLOGY.”

He proceeded, “WE PRAY WE CAN COLLABORATE WITH TIKTOK TO MAKE A CHRISTIAN-MONITORED VERSION THAT FEELS SAFE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN AND THE WORLD. IN JESUS NAME, AMEN.”

Jesus Tok” promptly started trending on Twitter. Fans started to hypothesize what visual content would be on the application. Social media user @lacedpain shared a video for what he thought would be the signature tune of the application.

Besides his arrangements to make a more age appropriate TikTok for young people, West has recently been nominated for three Dove awards unexpectedly. The Gospel Music Association declared that his gospel collection Jesus Is Born is nominated for Rap/Hip Hop Album of the Year and Traditional Gospel Album of the Year. His hit single, “Follow God,” is nominated for Rap/Hip Hop Recorded Song of the Year.

The 51st Annual Dove Awards is set to air Oct. 30 on the Trinity Broadcasting Network. Much like the current year’s BET Awards, the show will comprise of pre-recorded exhibitions and acceptance speeches.
