Brooklyn is home to hip-hip artist Case. who is looking to his latest project called “REER” coming out during the fall/winter period of 2020. This young artist, though independent, works with a variety of producers such as Kujo Beats, Groovy Mars, and Eem Triplin. Case’s newest EP is entitled after the word veer (a sudden change in direction) but spelled in the Jedi language. He hopes the incorporation of his love for Star Wars will be a curiosity builder for audiences.
A sudden change in direction is the perfect way to describe the sound and message that Case. projects on this EP. It is a more serious approach to his music that shows the evolution from his last project and embraces his Brooklyn sound. Case. states, “The EP ‘REER’ is about growth and making a sudden change of direction without losing focus, while following the formula, pursing my purpose and delivering my message”.
