Specialist3ffect has been making music from the age of 12 years old. His accidental beginnings in music have taken him on a path even he couldn’t predict. The Philidelphia based hip hop and r&b artist has been making great strides in his sound, releasing 2 singles and an EP so far in 2020.
One of Specialist3ffect’s latest releases is a smooth r&b jam called “RyD”. The song is about taking romantic car rides with a significant other, cruising through the city. The track features a piano-based instrumental layered underneath a rhythmic drum pattern.
Specialist3ffect signature style can be heard all over the track, layering vocals, and placing a catchy hook to keep the track going. Lasting just under 2 minutes and 30 seconds, “RyD” is a perfect song to queue up while taking a girl on a date.
