Multi-platinum producer Mike Zombie releases anew song titled “Demon Time“. The drill influenced banger is online now and streaming below.
After joining Artistry Worldwide Management (Saweetie, Sean Garrett, Ro James) last Summer and releasing his Silver Tape project, Zombie has been cooking up with a lot of artists.
About a month ago, Mike Zombie took to Instagram to announce the track he produced for Young M.A. — “BIG,” has officially went RIAA Certified Gold. Now, the Los Angeles-based, New Jersey-bred multi-platinum producer returns with a single of his own with “Demon Time.”
Inspired by the insurgence of New York drill music, Zombie uses the hard-hitting, self-produced track to vent about family, scheming friends, and some of his favorite vices. With sharp lyricism and the occasional Pop Smoke-like growls, Zombie continues to show his versatility on “Demon Time.”
Zombie had this to say about the track:
“Track came about when Franchise Wav from Philly sent me a couple loops. I had already been working on drill type music cause I’ve been listening to a bunch of NY drill. Pop Smoke to be exact. I’ve had a lot of pent up energy with all these passings lately in my life and this song was something to channel that into.”
